Classic French style bistro chair made from solid oak with a padded hand woven rattan seat and finished with a "3 coat" paint finish system. This classic piece has been in our collection for over 19 years and is from a trusted overseas manufacturer.
There are many copies on the market but few are as well made as ours.
Check to see if the frame is sold Oak. Check the paint finish at the corners of each chair where each piece of timber joins another. Check the seat and what it is made from. Check the curved bracer and its attachment to each leg. Our bracer is curved in a "half moon" on each side to give stability to the frame. Other may use a "continuous loop" brace which may weaken over time.
